Building on the successfully proven TC6, the designers behind the doors of Area 51 added even more features, making the TC6.1 easier to tune and drive.

The TC6.1 narrow chassis has been designed around current brushless motor systems and LiPo batteries, optimizing weight distribution for superior handling. To further enhance handling performance, the TC6.1 has received updated suspension arms for increased stiffness and strength. These new suspension arms feature finer shock adjustments to help get the TC6.1 totally dialed in.

New caster blocks and rear hubs found in the TC6.1 feature integrated inserts for caster and rear-toe angle adjustments. Now you can change these angles by merely changing the inserts and not the whole assemblies, making the TC6.1 even quicker and easier to tune to the track conditions.

The TC6.1 features the new H.D.R.C. (High Definition Roll Control) system, taking anti-roll bar technology to the next level. The H.D.R.C. is built on a solid aluminum center member that rolls on a bearing surface. Roll stiffness is controlled and adjusted by the two wires that mount into the sides of the aluminum center member and link to the suspension arms. By removing the torsional flex with the aluminum center member, a higher definition of roll control is achieved with the different wire options.

New for the TC6.1 is the lightweight rear gear differential that provides maximum performance and low maintenance. The front spool now features replaceable composite outdrives that still retain the low friction, free movement performance of the CVA blades, while being much more economical to replace after a hard impact. Symmetrical blue aluminum bulkheads and cross-compatibility with TC6 chassis components also help make the TC6.1 more economical to run.

The TC6.1 comes equipped with the Factory Team VCS3 shock package that features hard-anodized threaded shock bodies with bottom-loaded seals. The VCS3 shocks are super smooth and have an increased stroke for more up-travel at the wheels, all adding up to more consistent overall traction.

Multi-position steering system with additional Ackermann options and an improved steering input rate gives the TC6.1 more consistent handling. Blue titanium turnbuckles come with new ballcup eyelets for easier access to the ball studs.

A propos de la 18MZ
* C'est le tout premier émetteur 18 voies jamais construit par Futaba. Il est livré avec un récepteur R7008SB ainsi que les batteries d'émission et de réception.
* Le R7008SB vous permet d'utiliser le nombre de voies que vous désirez jusqu’à 18
- Vous pouvez contrôler jusqu'à 8 voies avec les entrées standard PWM. Les types de servos à connecter sont vastes, allant du servo analogique standard aux servos S.Bus et S.Bus2.
- Vous pouvez contrôler jusqu'à 18 voies (16 voies proportionnelles + 2 voies numériques) par l'interface des deux ports S.Bus2 de la 18MZ. Cela signifie un support complet, simplifié et infaillible des servos S.Bus et S.Bus2.
Elle comporte un lecteur SD Card. Insérer une carte et vous obtenez une large (et personnalisable) capacité de stockage à destination de l'enregistrement de vos modèles, des mises à jours et plus encore.
Elle dispose d'une mémoire interne. Celle-ci n'est pas que destinée aux données de configuration et d'enregistrement des modèles, elle peut aussi servir à enregistrer vos fichiers sonores et photographique, surtout depuis que la 18 MZ est équipée d'un....capteur photo 0.3 megapixel. Plus besoin d'appareil photo numérique ou d'un téléphone. Pointez simplement votre 18MZ, cliquez et vous avez immédiatement la photo d'identification de votre modèle.
Elle est dotée d'un écran tactile 6" d'une résolution de 640x240 pixels. Grand, clair et rétro-éclairé pour être lisible dans toutes les conditions, il fournit une clarté étincelante avec une consommation réduite. Une petite pression du doigt, c'est tout ce qui est nécessaire pour une navigation rapide et aisée et la programmation.
Vous pouvez télécharger les mises à jour logiciel en ligne. C'est une fonctionalité standard pour les radios Futaba et certainement l'une des caractéristiques les plus appréciées de notre clientèle. Conserver sa radio au goût du jour est simple et rapide.

Un accu LiPo 7.4V 3500mAh est fourni en version d'origine...!!!

Elle est équipée d'un port USB. Vous pouvez y connecter des clés de stockage USB, ou un clavier, ou une souris ou l'utiliser pour sauvegarder vos données de télémétrie sur votre ordinateur. Elle est également équipée d'une interface série. Futaba proposait déjà une interface autonome USB (CIU-2) permettant la programmation de la course, des butées et autres fonctions des servos S.Bus et S.Bus2. Cet équipement (et le téléchargement gratuit) vous permet d'en faire de même avec la 18MZ.
Réglage rapide et facile de l'angle des manches. Introduit précédemment sur la 14MZ, l'ajustement de l'angle des manches est devenu si populaire qu'il ne pouvait qu'être présent sur la 18MZ. Bien au delà du simple confort, cela vous permet d'ajuster vos contrôles pour plus de précision et d'efficacité.
Aussi séduisant que cela peut paraitre, vous devez garder en tête une chose : le meilleur est à venir. Malgré tous ce qui a été présenté, cela ne reste que la partie visible de l'iceberg. Une fois l'excitation du moment passé, nous prendrons le temps de nous poser et d'explorer plus en détail l'énorme potentiel de la 18MZ. 1/5th off road large scale is a tough environment for any model. It generally is also an expensive one. With these elements considered the new Punisher Plus price point and specification should help allay most fears.

The Punisher has always boasted heavy-duty features such as the all steel transmission gears, CNC aluminium steering knuckles, CNC aluminium chassis braces and suspension blocks, and these are all still standard issue.

Large bore, aluminium oil filled shock absorbers soak up the rough stuff, while the sealed gearboxes house adjustable oil filled differentials. The low mounted centre placed fuel tank helps keep the CG low for improved handling and performance.

So what’s new? Updates now include the choice of an Etronix Pulse EX2 2.4ghz radio system and new jumbo size metal gear 20kg rated servos for the throttle as well as the steering.

The term Ready-To-Run is often over used, but other than fuel and AA batteries the Punisher Plus is complete. Now included is a 6v receiver battery, receiver battery wall charger and an Etronix voltage regulator to protect electronics against voltage spikes.

New nylon chassis side guards provide protection and stop dirt ingress for the chassis, while the new painted bodyshell schemes and wheels add a more racy edge to the Punisher look.
